Never done this? Perfect.
Walking into a hot studio for the first time can feel intimidating — it shouldn't. Here's exactly what to expect so you show up relaxed and leave hooked.
Sign your waiver
Two minutes online before you come in, so you can walk straight onto the mat.
Start with Foundations
New to hot Pilates? Our beginner-friendly class runs cooler with extra coaching on form.
Hydrate early
Drink water through the day so you walk in ready, not playing catch-up in the heat.
Listen to your body
Take a knee, grab water, modify any move. Resting when you need to is part of the work.

What to bring
Water
A big bottle. The heat is real and you'll be reaching for it.
A towel
For your mat and for you. Trust us on this one.
Grippy socks
Recommended for traction on the mat — not required for your first class.
Clothes you can sweat in
Whatever you move best in. Leave the heavy layers at home.
Mats and light weights are always provided — you just bring yourself.
First-timer questions
I've never done Pilates. Can I still come?
Absolutely — that's who we built this for. Start with our Foundations class for extra coaching, and know that every move has a modification. You work at your level, right next to people working at theirs. No experience and no judgment.
How hot is the room?
Warm enough to loosen you up and get you sweating, not so hot you can't move. It's a heated mat-Pilates room, not a scorching hot-yoga sauna. If you run warm or it's your first time, Foundations runs a touch cooler.
What should I bring?
Water, a towel, and clothes you can sweat in. Grippy socks are recommended. Mats and light weights are provided. Come about 10 minutes early to your first class so we can get you settled.
Is the music really that loud?
It's a vibe, not a library. Classes are fueled by rap, R&B, and pop to keep the energy up while you work. Think boutique studio with club energy — fun first, always.
