Twin Flames started the way most good things do — two sisters, one big idea, and zero patience for the way things were.
We fell in love with boutique Pilates: the heat, the burn, the way a good class can completely reset your day. But the price tags were brutal and the studios felt a little too serious. We figured Edwardsville deserved better — a hot studio that felt fun and welcoming, where the playlist slapped and you didn't need a finance degree to join.
So we built it. Heated mat Pilates and sculpt, no reformer machines to figure out, real modifications for every level, and a room where nobody's judging you — because we've all been the new person in the back row.
